After some bruising leadership failures I started using a methodology which produced almost instant results for me. It has enabled me to deliver multi-million pound projects and programmes successfully, by allowing teams to perform to their fullest potential (That's how I define leadership). It's also given me something of a reputation over the last 15 years for turning around failing projects, which were burning cash without delivery.
